FVRCP – Feline Vaccinations
FVRCP is a vaccination for healthy cats and is used as an aid in preventing feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia. Panleukopenia is sometimes referred to as “feline distemper” which is unrelated to the canine distemper virus. Instead, Panleukopenia is related to the canaine parvovirus, which can be a fatal disease.
Rabies – Feline Vaccinations
Rabies is a vaccination for healthy cats and is used to prevent feline Rabies. Rabies is a virus that may affect the brain and spinal cord of all mammals, including cats, dogs and humans. Once symptoms appear, the disease results in fatality.
